(a) Prior to the demolition of any building or structure within the Village a permit for said demolition shall be obtained from the Village Administrator, or his designee, and a fee for said permit shall be paid.
(b) The fee for said demolition permit shall be as follows:
(1) Residential Structures:
A. Demolition of any accessory structure without a foundation and with a demolition cost not to exceed five hundred dollars: $10.00.
B. Demolition of any structure with a foundation or with a demolition cost in excess of five hundred dollars: $50.00.
(2) Commercial or Industrial Structures.

(c) For the purpose of this section any structure which is both a residential and commercial/industrial structure shall be considered a commercial/industrial structure.
