(a) All full-time police officers, Chief, lieutenants, and patrolmen, shall receive a clothing allowance of two hundred eighty dollars ($280.00) each per year.
(b) All full-time firemen, Chief, assistant chief and firemen shall receive a clothing allowance of two hundred forty-five dollars ($245.00) each per year.
(c) All full-time parking and traffic control clerks shall receive a clothing allowance of two hundred sixty-five dollars ($265.00) per year.
(d) The school crossing guards shall receive a clothing allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) each per year. All part-time traffic control clerks shall receive a clothing allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) each per year.
