Payment of lots purchased shall be made in full at the time the deed is issued. Time payments can be made at the discretion of the Village Administrator, but in no event shall such time payments exceed a period of six months. Purchasers of lots in the cemetery who desire to sell such lots must first offer them to the Village for purchase before offering the same to the general public. The Village shall repurchase such lots for the price being charged by the Village for comparable lots.
