(a) Regardless of the type of burial involved, the charge for a single plot (one lot) at Oakland Cemetery is increased to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). If multiple single plots are purchased, the charge for each single plot shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(b) The Village Administrator is authorized to make a charge for the sale of the plots in Oakland Cemetery in accordance with subsection (a) hereof.
