953.01 CHARGE TO OPEN AND CLOSE GRAVE.

(a) The charges for the opening and closing of graves at Oakland Cemetery are as follows:

(1) Adult Grave: Four hundred fifty dollars on weekdays and five hundred dollars on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

(2) Infant Grave: Four hundred dollars on weekdays, and four hundred fifty dollars on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

(3) Crematory Grave: Two hundred seventy-five dollars on weekdays, and three hundred dollars on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

(b) The Village Administrator is authorized to charge for the opening and closing of graves at Oakland Cemetery in accordance with subsection (a) hereof.
