(a) A debt service fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) per month shall be charged to all customers of the Village.
(b) The rate for the purchase of water from the Village is established at eleven dollars and fifty cents ($11.50) per thousand gallons for customers within the Village.
(c) The rate for the purchase of water from the Village in excess of one hundred fifty thousand gallons (150,000) per month is established at five dollars and seventy-five cents ($5.75) per thousand gallons for amounts over one hundred fifty thousand (150,000).
(d) The rate for the purchase of water from the Village is established at twelve dollars and sixty-five cents ($12.65) per thousand gallons for customers outside of the Village.
(e) A capital improvement charge of two dollars ($2.00) per month to be deposited in the Water Improvement Fund (formerly the Water Equipment Replacement Fund).
(f) Water and Sewage charges shall be billed as monthly and shall be payable by the fifteenth day of the month of billing. Failure to pay the required amount by the fifteenth of each month shall incur a ten percent (10%) penalty.
(g) The Village Administrator is hereby authorized to negotiate fees for large or bulk water users, subject to the approval of Village Council.

(h) The rate for bulk water shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per thousand gallons.
