(a) Any amount due for water and sewage services that is not paid within fifteen (15) days of the due date shall be subject to discontinuance of service. Prior to discontinuing service the Village shall notify the customer of the unpaid amount and that the service will be subject to termination after 10 days.
(b) The customer and/or the owner may appeal such notice in writing to the Village Administrator who shall meet with the customer/owner and determine if and when the termination of service shall occur.
(c) Any termination of service shall occur between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday.
(d) There is hereby established a reconnection charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) to reconnect water service to any customer of the Village by the Village for failure to pay water and sewage services or for the violation of any water and sewage regulations established by the Village provided that said reconnection is done during normal business hours. Any reconnection done outside of normal business hours shall be subject to a charge of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(e) Any reconnection charge shall be paid prior to the reconnection of water service.
