Water and sewer service pipelines within the Village shall be maintained by the customer from the area serviced to the Village right of way. The portion of any service pipeline within the Village right of way shall be maintained by the Village. Water and sewer service pipelines outside of the Village shall be maintained in full by the customer. Any newly installed pipelines must meet all requirements of the Village, including a cleanout hole for all sewer lines, and be inspected and approved by the Utilities Superintendent or his agent before the Village will provide service or accept any maintenance responsibility.
