The schedule of fees for repairing or constructing sidewalks in the Village is as follows:
(a) No fee shall be charged for obtaining a permit for repairing or constructing sidewalks.
(b) There shall be a fee of three dollars ($3.00) for the services of establishing a grade.
(c) The Sidewalk Inspector shall be paid as follows: whenever an application for construction or repair the cost of which is five hundred dollars ($500.00) or less, the Inspector shall be paid three dollars and fifty cents ($ 3.50) per inspection.
(d) Whenever an application for construction or repair the cost of which exceeds five hundred dollars ($500.00) and up to and including five thousand dollars ($5,000) the Inspector shall be paid five dollars and fifty cents ($5.50) per inspection.
(e) Whenever an application for construction or repair the cost of which exceeds ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and up to and including twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) the Inspector shall be paid seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per inspection.
(f) Whenever an application for construction or repair the cost of which exceeds twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) the Inspector shall be paid the sum of twenty dollars ($20.00) per inspection.
