(a) "Sidewalk inspector" or "Inspector" means the Village Administrator or person designated by the Mayor and Administrator.
(b) "Contractor" means the party or parties contracting to do any work described herein, or any party constructing or repairing his own sidewalk, or other authorized representative of such party or parties.
