155.04  PARK SECURITY.
   (a)   Any individual, group or organization conducting any event open to the general public or any event providing for the sale of food or beverage in Aracoma Park shall provide adequate security during the duration of such event.
   (b)   From and after 7:00 p.m., any individual, group or organization conducting an event as set forth in subsection (a) hereof shall provide one uniformed Mingo Junction police officer as security for the event. In the event that the individual, group or organization is unable to obtain the services of a Mingo Junction police officer at his regular rate of pay, then such party shall provide such security as is deemed satisfactory by the Park Manager.

   (c)   Any individual, group or organization conducting an event in excess of 250 people shall provide two uniformed Mingo Junction police officers as security for such event. In the event that such individual, group or organization is unable to obtain the services of a Mingo Junction police officer at his regular rate of pay, then the party shall provide such security as is deemed satisfactory by the Park Manager.
