(a) Every peddler, huckster, solicitor or itinerant retailer shall, before engaging in the business of selling, bartering or offering for sale goods of any type, upon the streets, alleys or public places of the City procure a license for such purpose. Such license shall be issued for solicitations on Monday through Saturday only.
(b) No person shall enter upon any residential property within the corporate limits of the City to sell, barter, offer for sale, solicit orders for future deliveries, solicit donations or any similar act without procuring a license for such purpose.
