(a) There is hereby created the position of part-time parking control clerk within the Police Department.
(b) The part-time parking control clerk shall work the following hours:
Monday through Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In addition, the part-time parking control clerk shall fill any temporary vacancy in the position of full-time parking control clerk.
(c) This position shall be paid in accordance with the wage schedules now in effect for the Village.
