141.03 JUVENILE DEPARTMENT.

   (a)   There is hereby created a Juvenile Department within the Police Department of the Village.

   (b)   The Chief of the Police Department shall assign one or more officers of the Police Department to the Juvenile Department who shall work in such department under the rules and regulations of the Mayor.
