(a) No person shall use, consume, or possess any alcoholic beverage within any park, playground, or ballfield of the City except as provided herein.
(b) Alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the shelter house, booci court, and individual picnic areas of Aracoma Park with the prior approval of the Park Manager provided that such beverages shall be restricted to the respective areas.
(c) Alcoholic beverages shall be permitted at the various ballfields in the City with the prior approval of the Recreation Program Director.
(d) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
