   (a)   For purposes of promotion, positions in the Police Department are hereby

classified as follows:

      Rank         Title

      (a)         Chief of Police

      (b) reserved

      (c)         Lieutenants

      (d) reserved

      (e)         Patrolmen

      (Ord. 1972-4.  Passed 1-3-72.)

   (b)   There is hereby established the following positions in the Village Police Department:

      (1)   Police Chief            One

      (2)   Captain            Two

      (3)   Lieutenant            One

      (4)   Patrolman            One

         (Ord.  2012-16.  Passed 7-10-12.)
