(a) No person shall place upon a tract of land, whether it be acreage, or lot in a proposed, unrecorded or recorded subdivision, within the corporate limits of the City, for occupancy, as a place of temporary or permanent residence, any trailers, portable or temporary structures or vehicles designed for temporary or transient occupancy as living or sleeping quarters.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
