§ 808.07 FRANCHISES TO BE NONEXCLUSIVE.

The franchise authorized herein is nonexclusive. The village specifically reserves the right to grant, at any time, one or more additional franchises for a system in accordance with state and federal law and on similar terms and conditions as contained herein.
