§ 808.06 FRANCHISE TERM; EXPIRATION.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this chapter, the village may grant a permit to provide cable service for a period of up to 15 years. The franchise shall expire at the end of the term as described unless renewed, revoked or terminated sooner as herein provided.
