(a) The Village of Minerva Park Mayor’s Court Computerization Fund is hereby established to account for all monies received through additional court costs assessed pursuant to R.C. § 1901.261(B).
(b) The Fund shall be used to acquire computer equipment, training and services to assist the Clerk of Courts in the efficient operation of the Mayor’s Court.
(c) All monies are deemed appropriated and the appropriate village officials are authorized to make expenditures from the Fund for any lawful purpose which is consistent with the purpose for which the Fund is established.
