§ 248.10 POSITIVE TEST RESULTS AND TERMINATION NOTICES.
   Employees who receive a confirmed positive drug or alcohol test will be immediately taken off safety-sensitive duties and subject to discipline up to and including termination. In those cases where the testing results or refusal to take advantage of the employee assistance option requires the termination of employment, all termination notices will list “misconduct” as the reason. Termination shall be deemed “for cause.”
