(a) The position of Pool Manager is hereby established as a seasonal work position in the Village of Minerva Park to support the management, operation and maintenance of the Minerva Park Swimming Pool.
(b) A copy of the Pool Manager job description is marked Exhibit A and is made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein. This description includes duties, responsibilities, qualifications and approximate dates of employment for the Pool Manager position.
(c) The Village Mayor, Fiscal Officer and Solicitor are authorized to take further actions consistent with this section that are needed to carry out the intentions of this section for the management, operation and maintenance of the Minerva Park Swimming Pool.
