(a) All sidewalks, integral approaches/aprons within the village shall be constructed and maintained in a good state of repair at all times, they must be kept reasonably clean of snow and ice during the winter months and free of obstructions at all times by the abutting owner or owners of the property in accordance with the requirements of the village as set forth herein and as such requirements may from time to time be amended.
(b) It is important to note that it is the intent of the village that a “curb ramp” as defined in § 1022.01(d) above be repaired and maintained by the village when in located within the public right-of-way.
