Any substantive change to logos or symbols of the village including, but not limited to, the flag or symbols on police symbols or maintenance vehicles must be sponsored by either the Mayor, or a member of Council. The proposed changes shall then be subject to a two-week period of public review and comment prior to Council consideration of a resolution adopting the changes. Final approval of the resolution shall be by majority vote of Council. This section does not apply to job positions or titles within the village.
