§ 642.02 POSSESSION OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall, without being authorized, have in his or her control or possession any equipment, tools, implements or other property belonging to the municipality.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
