No person shall park a truck, van, boat, mobile home, motor vehicle or other mobile equipment in a side or open yard or on an unpaved or grassy area. All vehicles shall be parked in a driveway or along the street curb abutting a premises, unless other arrangements are made and approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Temporary parking in restricted areas is hereby authorized for the purpose of repairing or resurfacing of driveways or other parking areas.
