The following five locations shall be designated as official public places for posting copies of ordinances and resolutions, or summaries of ordinances and resolutions, and for the publication of all statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law or ordinance to be published:
(a) Inside the Minerva Park Community Building - posted on the bulletin board located directly inside the door;
(b) Inside the Minerva Park Community Building - posted on the glass windows beside the front door facing outward so as to be readable from the outside of the building;
(c) On the Minerva Park sign board located directly in front of the Minerva Park Community Building;
(d) On the Minerva Park sign board at the Minerva Park Swim Club facing the parking lot; and
(e) On the Minerva Park sign board located at the playground facing Maplewood Drive.
