CHAPTER 208: EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
EDITOR’S NOTE: Resolution 1035-88, passed August 30, 1988, of the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Ohio, authorized a written agreement with other political subdivisions, including the Village of Minerva Park, to establish a County-Wide Emergency Management Agency, pursuant to R.C. Ch. 5915, and to continue to provide financial support and funding pursuant to the county-wide agreement. Copies of this resolution and of the agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Fiscal Officer.
   There are no sections in Chapter 208. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross- references and any future legislation.
