§ 204.03 PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY.
   (a)   The Council of the Village of Minerva Park hereby adopts a public records policy for any records requests made of the village.
   (b)   The public records policy for the Village of Minerva Park is attached as Exhibit A and is made a part of this code of ordinances as if fully rewritten herein.
