§ 1464.03 DESIGN AND MATERIALS.

The design of any fence or wall and the material used for the construction of the same shall be approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Wood fence structures may include, but not be limited to, picket fences, hurdle fences, post and rail fences, split fences and woven wood fences. Descriptions of the same are on file with the Planning and Zoning Commission.
