§ 1460.01 ABANDONED AUTOMOBILE SERVICE OR FILLING STATION DEFINED.

For the purposes of this chapter, “abandoned automobile service and filling station” means any automobile service and filling station in which the owner or lessee has failed to operate for at least six months in any 12-month period.
