§ 1442.11 FEE AND DEPOSIT FOR MOVING OF BUILDINGS.

The fee for moving a building upon or over the streets of the village shall be $100, plus a $1,000 deposit to cover the cost of repairs or damage or other expense incurred during and as a result of the move. If no damage is evidenced after an inspection by the Village Engineer, the deposit shall be returned.
