§ 1422.02 APPEAL.

Any person or entity aggrieved by an order, decision or determination of the Building Official relative to the application of the “Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings” may appeal to the village’s Planning and Zoning Commission.
