(a) The Community Building of the Village of Minerva Park shall be a smoke-free environment, with the exception of the emergency vehicle parking bay.
(b) Signs stating “Smoke Free Area” shall be posted in order to inform staff, volunteers and visitors that the Community Building is a smoke-free environment. A sign shall be posted in the emergency vehicle parking bay that states “Smoking is permitted in this area only. All other areas of the Community Building are smoke free. Thank you.”
