Council hereby joins with Blendon Township and the City of Westerville in the formation and establishment of a Joint Township District Hospital Board for the purpose of providing hospital facilities under the provisions of R.C. §§ 513.07 et seq., and Council also joins with Genoa Township in the formation and establishment of the Board if Genoa Township adopts, no later than March 31, 1982, a resolution to join in the formation and establishment of the District. If Genoa Township does not so act, Genoa Township shall not be a part of the District.
