351.16 RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, FARM MACHINERY, LARGE TRUCKS.
   (a)   No person shall park a truck than a one ton truck, or farm machinery or recreational vehicle, trailer or other mobile vehicle, or motor homes on any unmetered streets, alleys and public right of ways in the Municipality.
   (b)   No person shall park a truck more than one ton which contains a rear end enclosure which extends twelve inches or higher above the level of the cab roof on any unmetered street, alley and public right of way in the Municipality.
   (c)   Recreational vehicles, motor homes or trucks owned and operated by persons visiting relatives or residents of Minerva may park their vehicle for forty-eight hours on the streets, alleys or right of ways if they apply for a permit therefore. The permit may be requested from the Police Station without charge and shall allow such parking for no more than forty-eight hours.

   (d)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
