As used herein, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated, unless a different meaning clearly appears for the context:
Borough–the Borough of Minersville, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
Fire Department–includes firefighting, rescue, and emergency services provided by the Minersville Fire Rescue, Good Will Hose Co. No. 1, New Minersville Hose Company, Mountaineer Hose Company.
Person–includes any individual, natural person, estate, trust, firm, corporation, partnership, governmental entity, association or other legal entity.
