§ 25-102  NUISANCE.
   From and after the September 1, 1908, any limbs or branches of trees which extend over the sidewalks or footways as aforesaid, which shall not be of the height above said sidewalks or footways herein provided, shall be considered and held to be common nuisances, and the Borough shall take down such limbs and branches at the cost and charges of the owner or owners of the property maintaining such nuisance.
