The said Authority shall be for the purpose of acquiring, holding, owning, leasing, constructing, improving, maintaining and operating sanitary sewers and a sewage treatment system and a stormwater system, with the facilities incident thereto, and shall have the powers granted in the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945.
