§ 1-503  PUBLICATION.
   The Mayor, President or Vice President of Council and Secretary, respectively, of this Borough hereby are authorized and directed to cause notice of the substance of this Part, including the substance of the foregoing Articles of Incorporation to be published as required by the Authorities Act.
