§ 1-502  EXECUTION OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION.
   The Mayor, President or Vice President of Council and Secretary of this Borough hereby are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the Borough of Minersville, the Articles of Incorporation for such Authority in substantially the following form.
