From and after the passage of this Part, the distance which porches, steps, areaways or cellar doors may extend into the sidewalk or footway of any street in the Borough aforesaid shall be as follows:
A. In streets 60 feet or more in width: five feet.
B. In streets 50 feet or more and less than 60 feet in width: four and one-half feet.
C. In streets 45 feet or more and less than 50 feet in width: four feet.
D. In streets 30 feet or more and less than 45 feet in width: two feet.
E. In streets less than 30 feet in width there shall be no allowance for porches, steps, areaways or cellar doors; provided, that on streets less than 50 feet in width no cellar door shall extend for any distance into the sidewalk or footway.
