§ 21-301  SIDEWALK WIDTHS.
   1.   From and after the passage of this Part on all streets of the said Borough which are not less than 60 feet in width or breadth, the sidewalks or footways on each side of such street shall be 11 feet from the line of the street to the outside of the curbstone; on all streets that are 50 feet or more, and less than 60 feet in width or breadth, the sidewalks or footways on each side of the street shall be ten feet in width from the line of the street to the outside line of the curbstone; on all streets that are 45 feet or more, and less than 50 feet in width, the sidewalks or footways on each side of the street shall be eight feet from the line of the street to the outside line of the curbstone; on all streets that are 30 feet or more, and less than 45 feet in width, the sidewalks or footways on each side of the street shall be five feet in width, from the line of the street to the outside line of the sidewalk or footway shall be more than two feet from the line of the street to the outside line of the curbstone on any street or alley which is less than 30 feet in width.    2.   Provided, that on North Street, which is 60 feet in width or breadth the sidewalk or footway shall not be more than eight feet six inches from the line of the street to the outside line of the curbstone as long as the railroad shall continue to occupy and pass through said street. And provided, also, that the sidewalks or footways on Front Street shall be 12 feet from the line of the street to the outside line of the curbstone. And, provided further, that the sidewalks or footways on Lewis Street from Delaware Avenue to Fourth Street shall be eight feet wide.
   3.   And, provided, further, that the sidewalks or footways on Lewis Street from Fifth Street to Sixth Street shall be seven feet wide. [Ord. 9/7/1922]
