Any person who violates this Part shall be guilty of a summary offense, punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 or by imprisonment of not less than ten days or more than 30 days or both such fines and imprisonment. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute a separate offense.
