§ 21-101  DEFINED.
   It is the intent of the Borough of Minersville to designate Sunbury Street from East Sunbury Street northwestwardly to Fifth Street as the Downtown Business District and to improve its appearance in a uniform fashion by establishing construction specifications for future improvements to sidewalks and curbing to stimulate additional investment and preserving same.
