As used in this Part, the following term shall have the meanings indicated, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context.
Container–a metal storage receptacle ten to 40 cubic yards and not residential or commercial refuse containers, used to temporarily store debris, not to include putrescent, toxic or hazardous waste, and which is then emptied of its contents and removed with its contents to the clump site.
