1. Collection of garbage shall be made one time per week for residential and commercial consumers. The day of collection shall be established by the Borough of Minersville on a yearly basis.
2. Collection of ashes shall be made at least one time per week for residential and commercial consumer. The Borough of Minersville from time to time may establish a second day of ash collection during the winter season. The day of collection shall be established by the Borough of Minersville on a yearly basis.
3. The Borough of Minersville may establish a special holiday collection day for garbage or ash collection should the pre-established date for collection fall on a holiday. In these cases, the Borough of Minersville will notify the residents of any changes to the collection schedule.
