§ 1-323  ACCOUNTING.
   The Delinquent Tax Collector shall account to the Borough Council for all delinquent taxes collected pursuant to this Part, shall report the amount of commission withheld pursuant hereto and shall report the amount of delinquent taxes remaining uncollected.
