The Delinquent Tax Collector appointed under the authority of this Part shall use any and all means authorized by law for the collection of those delinquent taxes certified to be collected by the Borough Council, and as compensation therefor the Delinquent Tax Collector shall be authorized to deduct a commission of 4% from the gross delinquent taxes collected pursuant to this Part.
