The position of Delinquent Tax Collector for the Borough of Minersville is hereby created, and the person or firm appointed to fill said position is hereby authorized to collect for the Borough of Minersville any and all taxes which have been enacted by the Borough of Minersville pursuant to the Act of December 31, 1965, P.L. 1257, No. 511, known as “The Local Tax Enabling Act”, and which have been certified to the Delinquent Tax Collector by the Borough Council as delinquent and unpaid for the year 1979, and each year thereafter so long as this Part continues to be in effect.
